Premium Membership

First of all, we do not sell or buy anything on Knits4Kids. Premium membership is offered as a reward to those users who have supported the development of Knits4Kids, either by a donation, translation services or by contributing their resources to the library. Your donations are the only source of funding the continuously growing costs of maintaing the portal.

Terms of Use

This portal is for the lovers of free patterns and not for commercial designers who sell their patterns. Knits4Kids supports those who cannot afford or is unable to buy patterns. We want those who have less to be able to get more. Please do not apply for premium membership if you pursue commercial interests or do not agree with our philosophy.

The fastest way to become a premium member is to support Knits4Kids with a donation of 10 US dollar (or an equivalent amount in another currency). It gives you the premium status (activation within 24 hours) valid for 1 year. You can donate using PayPal or Webmoney. Contact us to get the account information.

    Does premium membership give me patterns translated into English or are the russian ones always in russian?

      Dear Ann, I cannot translate hundreds of patterns for a 10 dollar donation, nobody can, I guess. This is a multilingual gallery where any user can upload any pattern. About half of patterns are in English, non-English patterns are almost always with charts so that one can use them. Premium membership gives you the opportunity to get exactly this collection, no additional translations. I have a list of translators who are ready to translate any pattern for about 5 dollar charge.

      I sent you details by email. Since we are in different countries, signing up for a paypal account may be easier than any other method.

    Пока никто так не переводил, у меня опыта с этим способом нет. Я конечно не против, просто не особо осведомлена о возможностях оплаты в разных странах. Я почитала о Webmoney Чек, вроде бы для меня как получателя это никакой роли не играет. Попробуйте перейти по ссылке на Webmoney и выбрать там этот вариант.
